Cosmicfox does not guarantee the services provided will produce the desired life outcomes that drive your purchase of the service. All real life results are the sole responsibility of the client, and no legal actions shall be brought against Cosmicfox for any services rendered. Cosmicfox reserves the right to refuse or revoke services to anyone at any time. Although it’s never happened before, and would be highly unusual, any requested refunds that emerge as a result of discontinued services are up to the sole discretion of Cosmicfox and will be considered with integrity and fairness in mind, on a case-by-case basis. 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled before 24 hours until time of service are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled any time within 24 hours before the appointment are subject to 50% refund if not immediately rescheduled. In extreme cases, contact Cosmicfox. I am here to work with you. Timely, clear, and respectful communication lends itself to the likelihood that we will be able to work something out. Cosmicfox reserves the right to make all final refund and rescheduling decisions on a case-by-case basis.
